What is Swasti a bliss ?

Swasti is a Sanskrit word that refers to 'Wellbeing'. It means source of all 'auspiciousness', 'blessing' and also refers to welfare, fortune and prosperity.

Our intention with 'Swasti a bliss' is to promote awareness about Holistic Wellbeing so that any common man to enjoy Health & Happiness!!

Currently we offer the following programs:

1. Conscious Eating
We all know that in order to live a healthy life, we need to have healthy food. But, in reality all the motivation to adapt a healthy diet gets drained in a day, or week or a month or maximum a year.
Have you ever wondered what the reason of this behavior is?
It's because our food is much beyond diet. Everything that we consume in day to day basis and if it gets ingrained in our being is our food. What we see, what we think, what we hear, the sunlight, the air, our emotions, our feeling, even what we give/receive in our relationship are all our food. And only when we improve the quality of intake of these various kinds of food - we improve the overall quality of food.
This program is an attempt to make you aware about these different food consumption you have.

2. Conscious Eating-For Kids
Children require a lot more nutrients at younger stage when their bodies are still developing. Everything from basic brain functioning to behavioral patterns can be influenced by the diet. In short, Conscious Eating has impact on both health & well-being
It takes a lot of effort & dedication to unlearn old practices and adopt Conscious Eating as adults. Childhood is the best time to instill clean and mindful eating, because in this phase, habits of lifetimes are developed.
This guided program is to make kids aware of their current eating habits and to introduce them to concept of Conscious Eating. We belied with awareness, the kids themselves will love to eat consciously instead being forced by parents

3. Gut Health, Prebiotics & Probiotics
The gut is a powerhouse within the body — it converts food into energy, delivers valuable nutrients into the bloodstream, manages waste and protects against disease.
Hippocrates the Father of Modern Medicines said that 'All disease begins in the Gut'
In this program we share all about Gut Health & role Prebiotics & Probiotics Plays in maintaining a Healthy Gut.

4. Journaling
It’s no secret that writing down thoughts, feelings, experience, life lessons, action items, etc in a journal helps preserve memories for the future. But are you aware that Journaling can improve Holistic Wellbeing?
In this program we guide, handhold & support participants to bring this habit in practice to improve our Holistic Wellbeing

5. Detox
This program will not only help you to cleanse your system but also initiate weight loss, increase your energy levels manifold, clear your skin as well as hand hold you through planning a healthy lifestyle. We teach how detoxification is not just about physical body but for Holistic being. We teach how to detoxify the various the various dimensions of our being to enjoy a sustainable result

6. Conscious Parenting
The greatest alignment of all Relationships is being a Parent! It’s a gift and a great Responsibility!
In our sessions we, unfold and unknot certain beliefs and challenges binding many parents towards perceiving parenthood as a daunting task or a mere formality!
Conscious Parenting helps us celebrate, understand & get educated with the best practices and joyous ways to enlighten motivate and build our kids, to be stronger, healthier, brighter, positive, supportive and responsible citizens’ way ahead as part of a progressive & conscious Parenting alignment.

7. Cooking Demos &Workshop
We keep offering various cooking demos & workshop where we show how easy is to cook healthy food. Participants learn how to various Oil free, Vegan, Satvic foods at ease. Participants get ingredient list prior to session & recipe handout for future recipes. These sessions are customized for various audience – like we do for adults, for kinds, & for organizations

8. Kitchen Upgradation & Consultancy
This is one –to- one program for families intending to prepare healthy meals in the kitchen for the family members. We handhold, support & guide how all meals can be prepared using Oil Free &/or Satvic &/or Vegan Cooking. The program support includes - Daily menu planning, Customized and personalized according to the resource availability. Participants learn to make main course, sweet dish, curries, dry sabji, chutneys and many more. The participants are empowered in a way that they can convert any of their favorite dishes in healthy way in future.
